Do I have to be certified to use the platform?
Yes. VALID™ certification is the entry point — it's the framework the whole platform runs on. You certify first, then choose the plan that fits your practice.
What's the difference between certification and the monthly plans?
Certification ($499) or the Full Program ($1,997) is your credential and grants platform access. The monthly plans — Free, Solo, Pro, Team — are the ongoing subscription you run your practice on once you're in.
How do credits work?
Every assessment costs credits. You start with 10 free, higher plans include monthly or annual allowances, and you can buy packs anytime. Solo credits roll over while you're subscribed, and you're always alerted before anything runs out — never a surprise charge.
Can I cancel?
Free Forever is always free. Solo is month-to-month — cancel anytime. Pro runs on a 12-month term with a 30-day cancellation window. Team plans are set up with you directly.
How long is the certification process?
Certification is self-guided today, so you can move at your own pace — and live cohort sessions are launching soon for those who want to learn alongside a group.
What makes this different from other management consulting tools?

I'm a coach and already use assessments — why do I need this?
Fair question. We offer Big 5 and Enneagram natively, and you can manually add Working Genius, Profile XT, DiSC, 16Personalities, and more (with new ones added regularly). On top of that you get a way to track assessments, plus a CRM, an org database, and a client portal — and access to the VALID™, EJI™, and DI360™ assessments.
I'm not a CEPA — can I still use VOS?
Yes. The Owner Readiness, Business Attractiveness, and Business Readiness assessments, along with the Market Position Report, align with CEPA methodology — but there's no requirement to use them. If you do exit planning, we highly encourage earning your CEPA; it's a great program.
