Privacy Policy

Last updated November 5, 2026 · Terms of Use

This Privacy Policy explains how OSQ International Inc. ("OSQ", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information through the AI Advisory Group website at aiadvisorygroup.com (the "Site"), including its contact and booking forms, free assessments and digital products. AI Advisory Group is a brand of OSQ.

This policy covers the Site only. Advisory engagements are governed by the written agreement for that engagement. If you use the Validated OS platform or take the VALID™ assessment, both of which run on validatedos.com, the OSQ Privacy Policy applies.

1. Information you give us

  • Contact and booking requests. Your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), company size, revenue range, role, what you are working on, and your message. When you book a time, our scheduling tool collects your name, email and the time you choose.
  • Free assessments. For the AI Value Gap Assessment: your answers and your name, email, company, website and (optionally) phone. For the Decision Check: if you ask us to email your results, your email address and those results.
  • Purchases. When you buy a digital product such as The Decision Shift workbook, we receive your name, email and the order details. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages. Anything you send us by email or through the Site.

2. Information collected automatically

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used: pages viewed, how visitors arrive, and similar usage data. Advertising features are switched off. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner; elsewhere they are on by default, and you can block them in your browser settings.
  • Site activity. Our own analytics script records page visits and similar activity on the Site's public pages.
  • Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, which we use to operate and secure the Site.

3. How we use information

  • To reply to you, schedule calls and prepare for them.
  • To deliver what you asked for: assessment results (our AI Value Gap review is prepared by an advisor before it is sent to you), emailed results, and purchased products.
  • To honor product guarantees and handle refunds.
  • To send occasional insights by email, only if you opted in. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To improve the Site, our assessments and our content.
  • To protect the Site, for example by filtering spam and limiting abusive traffic.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Site and serve you:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting, database hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), scheduling and customer relationship management, and analytics (Google). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
  • Within OSQ, across our brands (AI Advisory Group, The Validated Mind and Validated OS), so the right person can respond to you.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of OSQ, our users or others.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any ongoing conversation or engagement and our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Email. Unsubscribe from insights at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us.
  • Cookies. Change your cookie choices through the banner (where shown) or your browser settings.
  • Access, correction and deletion. You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or US state privacy laws. We will respond within the time the law requires, after verifying your request, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

8. Children

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed and stored in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed; material changes will be noted on this page.
