The Site describes our advisory services and offers free tools (assessments, a value calculator and a decision check), published research summaries, and digital products such as The Decision Shift workbook.

Everything on the Site, including assessment results, calculator outputs, statistics and case studies, is general business information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, HR, medical, engineering or other professional advice, and using the Site does not create an advisory or other professional relationship. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on it.

Free assessments and calculators produce estimates from the information you enter, using assumptions we describe on the page. Their accuracy depends on your inputs, and real results will differ. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a forecast or a promise.

Market statistics on the Site come from the third-party sources cited with them. They describe averages across many organizations; your results will depend on your business, data and people. We summarize sources carefully but do not guarantee their accuracy. Where we cite our own client results, they are labelled as ours, reflect specific engagements, and are not a guarantee of individual outcomes.

Prices are shown at checkout, and payment is processed by Stripe. Digital products are licensed to you for your own use and your own company's internal use; you may not resell, republish or redistribute them. The Decision Shift workbook carries a 30-day do-the-work guarantee: complete the Alignment Check and the Owner Dependency Map, and if you do not find a single decision worth taking off your desk, email us your completed pages within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

The Site and its content, including text, frameworks, assessments, graphics and logos, are owned by OSQ or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. The Validated Mind® is a registered trademark, and The Decision Shift™ and VALID™ are trademarks, of OSQ International Inc. You may view and print pages for your own reference; any other use requires our written permission.

Do not misuse the Site. In particular, do not submit false or another person's information, use automated tools to submit forms or extract content at scale, interfere with the Site's operation or security, or use the Site for anything unlawful.

The Site uses and links to third-party services (for example scheduling, payments and other websites). Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product bought through it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for that product and US $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
